English language challenges

The power of Uncle Sam is undeniably absolute. Even if we hate the English (not my case, of course), we are condemned to learn it. Because know English in the actuality means more job opportunities, better pays, more respect, curriculum, and all these things that’s means prestige in the work themes. Because, in the actually production system, money means subsistence. And English means money.

I personally like a lot the English. Ok, I am not the best speaker, but I always try to learn some more. I love the rock music, and the best musicians in this genre in the world comes from United Kingdom. So is in the music where I look my principal independent way to still learning English.

I have a lot of languaje challenges in front of me. Learn languages are a theme that I give a lot of importance. This year I start to learn Portuguese, and the next year I want to learn basics of German. The languajes represent lot possibilities in the life, and the most important thing, represents the way to travel and know new cultures and new interesting people. And, I think, that is about life is.

But, the things that I start I always try to give them continuity. So, in the future, if i finished English four with nice results, I will start to continue learning English. As I say by the music, or watch movies and series, the language learning is always continuous.

My evaluation of this semester

This was be a particular semester for me. if I have to be an honest man. When it started, I didn’t have many expectations about it, maybe because the second semester of the last year was really disappointing for me and for my personal projects. So I started this semester with my mind really away from the academy responsibilities, dedicating my time principally to make things that i like. Also, I had a job in the cycloways, so my division of my time was very accurate about my schedules.

So, I can say that this semester was particularly "meh" for me. Anyway, a lot of interesting things passed in my life, things that i never would have expected. Also, during may and June was the strike. During this moments, I should say it, for me was as vacations. Even if I am delegate of my generation, even if I always in those Sundays I prayed for the continuity of the strike. If I look it in retrospective, I should to say that those months were being really relaxing for me. Maybe because in the begining of June I decide to resign my job. Also, in some moment I start to think that the strike will never end, so I start to behave really like a bum.

In conclusion, this was a "meh" semester. Really long (It ends in august, what a terrible thing), but funny anyway, profitable, not really intense.

American cup

Ok, i want to talk about the strike, but American cup it’s okay. Chilean football team wins the first place, that’s very good, the people look happy in his wretched lives because his country has a soccer trophy. About me, doesn’t have importance.

But if I have to tell a secret, when I was seeing the matches, I became instantaneity a monkey fan. I scream, insult the opponent’s players, I use all my arsenal of offenses, maybe in my daily life I attempt to be like a sir, but the soccer matches transforms me, like a hulk, in a primate. 

I think that this is because when I was a child, I really loved the soccer. I saw all the Chilean matches during the age of Bielsa, I was not lost any match because I was a really fanatic of soccer. In addition, I knew all the players history, the statistics, the champions, I was a really football fan. The matches of Universidad Catolica were essentials to know if my week would be good or bad.

But these was another times. Out of the matches, I am not a really football fan. Maybe because when I grew upI became most interested about other topics, the football became more a curiosity than a passion how it was before. But the time changes, and a lot American cups will come and the people continue become happy and Chile wins all of them, or maybe doesn’t win anymore. Doesn’t really matters.

A country that i want to visit someday.

Around the world exist many countries that I want to visit. Peru and Machu Picchu is the closer, but if I have to be ambitious, I really want to visit Italia. I know that is far and is very difficult to visit Europe. It’s expensive and I am not in conditions to finance a travel far away. But visit Italia is definitive a really dream for me. I like language, the culture, the museums, the historical places, the food, and the famous people. If I have to choose a particular city, that will be Venetia. His beautiful streets and the river across the city represents for me a really dream, and when I have money, that will be the first place that I am interested to visit.

Apart to Italia, Japan is another country that I will like to visit. That must be a really particular country, and the culture is really amazing. Although is not my priority, I must visit this particular country in some moment of my life, when I will be a famous journalist or a multimillionaire philanthropist. I don’t know, anything can happen.

how green am i

If i could definite it in colors, I am a tottally gray man. And not like Mr. grey of the “fifty shades of grey”. Not, I am a grey in the grade of my preoccupation of the environment. That’s a low grade.  Not the lowest, but so so. Personally, I like travel to the mountain or to the natural reserves, ride the bike in them or just camping. When I am in their place, I am really responsible with the nature. But in my daily life, I am no really responsible about the environment in which I life. In other words, when I am in the city, I am not worry for anything.

I do not smoke. I like the roasted meat, but I just eat it in special occasions. I don’t use a fireplace. I throw my trash in the can, but all of this things didn’t means for me a really preoccupations for the earth. I said, I don’t take responsibilities to save the earth. I don’t recycle, and I don’t participate in any organization or movement that implicates the awareness of the people about the earth problems. Because I know the earth problems but I do not do anything to solve them.

I know that this blog sound like a big excuse, but this I just a look about my actually conduct about the environment, that is really infortunate.

if i were a millionaire

If i were a millionaire, i will donate all the money to the poor people and to the orphans and to the hungry children in the world, because I believe in the importance of the solidarity in our modern society, and I think that the really truth wealth exist only in the heart of the people.

LIES

I will buy a giant tank, and my first mission will be destroy the ICEI, smashing some teachers whose names I would rather don’t say. Then, I will start a campaign to be elected as gobernator in some district where always wins the udi or rn, that’s meaning sectors when the only issue that matters to be elected was be the money.  Then, with my new power I will create a law that says that I am the master of the Chilean people, that’s meaning that I will have the control of the miserable lives of the Chileans. Then, I will use the rest of my money to create temples in my name, so the Chileans will can worship me.

So, when I come to die, god will be appears in front on me and will say me: congratulations for your achievements, I choose you as my successor. Then, when I became a god, I will destroy the world and I will create a new one with blue people.

My future Job

Is intereasting make this question for me, because I am not really sure what i want to dedicate in my future. I personally like the journalism and i will like dedicate my future to work in the mass media. But i think that the question is, what about the topic. When i start to study this career, i love the sport journalism and the entertenaiment themes, like cinema critics or videogame actuallity. But, with the pass or years, these topics was making uninteresting for me. Suddendly, i start to get intereased about the communication theories. 

The books and the autors that dedicate they invastigation to learn deeply the communication and the mass media influentia on our lives. In the school i like read, buy i didint like dedicate my life to stay in a bibliothec, i want to study some more practic. So i decide study journalism for this reason. But curiosly now, i will like dedicate my life to the study and the academy investigation, being a bibliothec rat. But is difficult in a practice career be able to dedicate the theory way. Anyway, the international journalism looks like the most theorical way of the jorunalism, so i think that, if i can´t dedicate to the investigation, i will like be an international journalist.

Let's talk about food

I love the food. Chinese food, Peruvian food, fast food, Italian food, all food it’s okay for my. I don’t have a special palate or an amazing taste of food. But I like food, or it’s better to say I like eat. When I am anxious I eat, when I am happy I eat, when I am sad. Whatever, the food its always expect for me to make me some nice sensation.

Now, it’s more difficult to talk about my favorite food. I personally love the fast food but locate it in my first place wasn’t a precise diagnosis. Its very delicious, but it’s a little oppressive when you eat a lot. Another class of food that I like a lot is the Chilean food. The pine pie in particularly. Its taste is really good and when I can eat it I am became really happy.

But if I have to choose just one class of food, I choose the Italian one. It’s really delicious, and contains my favorite special, the lasagna. It it’s really an amazing food and if a can eat all the days lasagna, I will do it (especially if is my mother’s lasagna).

My favorite Concert

I love rock. I like it in its all sub-topics. Metal, Indie, Pop, Punk, Progressive, the Oldies, the new waves  and all  music that sounds like rebellion against the traditional conception of music. But sadly, I didn’t go to many concerts.  Money, time conflict, I didn’t like the bands that comes to Chile (or I like them after when they comes). Anyway, different problems that means that I hardly go to a concert.

But I remember when, in 2014, Metallica comes to Chile. In these time I was really involved with Metal music, and the Thrash Metal was my favorite one subgenre. So, when I knew that Metallica will arrives to Chile, I didn´t think too much. I work with my uncle to have the money, and with two friends we decided to go.

The experience was unforgettable. I actually don’t like Metal that these times, but I remember that I knew all the songs. Two hours of pure Metal Music and it was a day that everything could happen. In the end of it, I was so tired, but I was so excited too.   

My favorite actors

It’s really difficult for me chose an actor and an actress basing me in the idea about the quality of their interpretations. This is because I am not an expert in the topic, in addition that I don’t have much idea about cinema´s history, so my parameters will be about the charisma that they have.

In first place, I will choose Ellen Page as my favorite actress, because she is beautiful and she has an intense look, what makes particularly interesting for me her instances in camera. Also, she always participates in movies with a minimal standard of quality, so I always enjoy watching her movies.

For favorite actor I choose Christian Bale. First of All, he is Batman. Second, he is a really great actor, and he go to the extreme consequences to give the correct characterization of his characters, having radical increases o decreases in his weight. In addition, his movies too are very interesting, that in most cases refer about sensible themes of the human mind.
